Extra Guest Policy

Additional guest rates apply for children aged 6–18 years when sharing the same cabin with a minimum of two adults. Children below 6 years stay complimentary when accompanied by adults.

• Horizon Cabin & Family Pod: Up to 4 guests

• Hillside Family Cabin: Up to 6 guests
  Every Tarzan cabin is designed for comfort, privacy, and safe family stays.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in days vary by retreat and are usually on Fridays and Sundays.

• Check-in: 2:30 PM

• Check-out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability and a nominal fee.

Luggage Guidelines

To preserve easy transfers to remote locations, soft-sided luggage is preferred. The recommended limit is 15 kg per person. For select mountain or forest retreats, secure baggage storage can be arranged at the nearest Tarzan Lounge or Partner Hub before transfer.

• Access to all common areas and trails

• Guided activities and on-site experiences, as available per location

Our experiences may include guided hikes, stargazing, cliff picnics, nature walks, cycling trails, kayaking, bird watching, and more. All activities include proper safety briefings and are led by trained local guides.

Wellness & Add-ons

Select retreats offer the Carlton Wellness Spa, featuring traditional therapies, aromatherapy, and nature-based treatments.
Private cliff dinners, curated excursions, and special local experiences are available at an additional charge.

Orientation

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with local refreshments at the main lodge. A short orientation follows, introducing the Tarzan team, activity schedule, sustainability practices, and safety guidelines. Your cabin will be ready with luggage placed in advance.

Connectivity

We invite guests to disconnect and truly unwind. While cabins do not have televisions or telephones, Wi-Fi is available in all shared areas. Mobile network access may vary by region, but web-based apps like WhatsApp and FaceTime generally function well.

First Aid & Safety

Each retreat has a first-aid station equipped with emergency kits and a trained team available 24/7.
Guests are requested to share any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary preferences prior to arrival to ensure a comfortable and safe stay.
Outdoor guides are trained in Basic and Wilderness First Aid and carry necessary safety equipment on all expeditions.
